All you have to do is click on the "Become a Member" Link in the side member and fill out the form. You'll instantly be a member and your account information will be emailed to you, giving you access to your account right away. In about 2 weeks you will receive your welcome kit.
2. When can I use my membership
As soon as you complete the sign up process your account will be active and ready to use. At this particular time, you are an early bird member and not able to earn points or redeem for items until the official program launch September 26, 2011. Once the program is in full swing, you'll then be able to take full advantage of all the offers and benefits of being a Canalta Loyalty Program Member.
You can start earning points September 26, 2011 at any of our Canalta-branded Hotels.
4. How do I redeem my points for rewards?
There are 2 ways you can redeem for rewards. The first way, is through your account right here on this site. Just login to your account and go to the "Redeem for Rewards" link. You'll then be walked through the process of how to redeem for a particular item you qualify for. If you go to the "Ways to Redeem" link you'll see all the items you're eligible for with your current points balance.
The second way to redeem for rewards is right at the property themselves. A Canalta staff member will help you go through the process. In both cases you will receive your rewards items within a few weeks of placing your order.
5. What happens if I lose my card?
If you lose your card you can request a new one through your account or by contacting us by email at members@canaltarewards.com.
No, its not necessary for you to have your card on you when you arrive at one of properties to still take full advantage of your membership. Just give us your email that was used to create the account and you can still use your membership to earn points and redeem for items. A Canalta staff member will work with you to verify your account and ensure that the proper points are awarded to your account.
